1. Shipping Charges

We charge a default shipping fee on orders, which is calculated dynamically at checkout. We also offer Free Shipping on orders that exceed our threshold limit (configurable under global administrator dashboard configurations).

2. Delivery Timeline

All items are carefully packaged and dispatched from Mathura within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery times range between 5-7 business days depending on customer delivery locations across India.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, we will share the shipment tracking link and details via email or directly via WhatsApp so you can monitor delivery progress.
