Return Policy

1. Conditions for Returns

We take pride in our handcrafted metal items. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its purchase receipt.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please send details and photo evidence of the damage/defect directly to our support team via WhatsApp (+91-8791068522) or email. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or advise you on returning the package.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain custom-ordered statues, personalized items, or pieces showing signs of wear/tampering cannot be returned. We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise and deny requests that do not fulfill these conditions.
