Cancellations Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched from our workshop in Mathura. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

2. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please send an order cancellation request directly to our customer care team via WhatsApp (+91-8791068522) or email, specifying your order number.

3. Cancellation by Keshav Metal

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, errors in pricing on the website, or issues identified by our fraud detection department. If we cancel an order, we will issue a full refund immediately.
