Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed immediately.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (bank transfer or online payment gateway) or via UPI/Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please double check your bank statement. If the refund is still not credited after 7 days, please contact our support helpline for assistance.
